-Partner in Pride-
At Capital One, we aspire every day to create the best experiences for our associates and our customers. This begins with our commitment to build and foster a diverse and inclusive culture where every voice is heard and matters. We believe that everyone has a unique point of view to share, shaped by their life experiences, cultures, and passions.
Capital One has partnered with Virginia Pride for nearly a decade, providing critical support to help produce and grow our annual Pridefest into one of the largest LGBTQ events in the Commonwealth. Capital One also supports many other local LGBTQ organizations, including Side by Side, Diversity Richmond, Equality Virginia, and Richmond Stonewall Sports. We are honored to call Capital One our 2018 Partner in Pride
